Who sends the messages?

Serviceigo is a field service management platform operated by Stage Forge LLC (Las Vegas, NV). When a business uses Serviceigo to manage jobs and communicate with their customers, messages are sent from Serviceigo's toll-free number (844) 352-4194 on behalf of that business.

You will always see the business name in the message so you know who is contacting you.

How consent is collected

Serviceigo only sends text messages to customers who have consented. Consent is collected in one of two ways:

Online booking form: When you request a service appointment through a business's Serviceigo booking page, a checkbox asks: "I agree to receive text message updates about my appointment…" SMS messages are only sent if you check that box.
In-person / app: A service business owner may enable SMS updates for a specific job when they have a prior relationship with the customer and have obtained verbal or written consent.

Consent is never a condition for receiving services. You can opt out at any time.

What types of messages we send

Booking confirmation — confirms your service request was received and scheduled
Appointment reminder — a reminder sent before your scheduled service
"On the way" alert — notifies you when the technician is heading to your location
Payment link — a secure link to pay your invoice online
Receipt — confirmation of a completed payment

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive one or more messages per job. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will receive no further messages.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Carrier and delivery

SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio, Inc., a third-party messaging carrier. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's policies. Stage Forge LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier outages or network issues beyond our control.

Supported carriers include all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely to send the transactional notifications described above. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
